Can I vote for the US elelction on a H1 visa and if not should I keep my coconut mouth shut?

Seriously though for the ficticious coconut hammad this is no problem, but what about the real peopl on H1 visa's can they even vote? They work and pay taxes and assimilate away their mirch masala for coconut juice but can they vote?
No. You can't even vote when you get a green card. The only persons who are authorized to vote are those who are citizens of the United States. They can be citizens either by birth or by naturalization.

a lot of people on this area site are talking politcal about the USA and can't even vote and have maybe never voted in their lives yet they are politcal pundits?
I vote maybe that's why i don't need to be full of gas in this area? Other people are very full of gas but no vote? sad cocnuts.

Sure they can vote, as long as they do so in their own countries. Or vote in absentia if their countries allow that.
