BS. “Super power” is not some halwa that you get from others and eat.

No country can make another a super power. You can be a super chamcha or a super slave if you expect others to make you a “power”

This is all some sweet sounding talk to make those Indians feel better who are keeping score daily as to how much halwa India is getting versus how much Pakistan is getting.

The nuclear coop and joint production, C2 and other hi-tech offers are to be welcomed however.
