I'm pretty sure every country, secular or not, has laws that forbid this. That's like me saying, public schooling doesn't work. This proves it. Everyone should just home school their children. Bottom line, public schooling is the problem, not the solution.

having a law that forbids means nothing, clearly the debauchery and low level of behavior in the United States is evidence of that. Secularism is the problem because it offers no solution to these sick problems in society they getting worse and worse i not just picking on USA pick any secular country you will find same problems.

There are diffrent types of problems in different societies. Child molestation is more of an issue in the Muslim World simply because it is hidden, covered up and not challenged.
We can show sick examples from Saudi, Pakistan, Afghanistan, USA, UK, Brazil, Indonesia, Russia, Israel.......no country, culture is perfect.
