AN elite American military unit is preparing for possible incursion into Pakistan in order to steal its nuclear weapons arsenal, it is reported today.
The special forces unit is training with Israel’s most trusted anti-terrorist unit, and would be called into action in the event that Gen Pervaiz Musharraf lost power in Pakistan, the New Yorker magazine said
they turned blind eye to pak's nuclear program to their own peril. a few will land in israel and some in manhaaten. it is just a matter of time before it happens.
It seems like it will flourish for some more time since the Western countries need Pakistan at the moment. As far as Israel and Manhatton are concerned, they shouldn't worry as Pakistani love their neighbours in the east and you know it even if they support Afghans or not but they are united against India.

however much u like ur neighbor, it is unlikely that pak will fire nuke at the risk of getting annihlated itself. though suicide bombing individuals are getting common, susicide bombing nations are unheard of. what is more likely is their use by organizations that leave no return address and enemy does not know where to strike back.

I think you must look in ya own back yard it stinks as if rotten fish. Your nuclear program is no different, or do you think yanks gave you one out of goodness of their hearts. As long as you play the condom game vis-a-vis China give Dalai a place to hide (of course US don't want to do that) Uncle will play Nelsons eye weather you buy one or steal one. Even you terrorim in IOK will go un-noticed.

Don't worry Pak knows how to play the nuke game and its played well in last 20 years.
What the next phase of this project is to supply nuclear technology to friendly muslim countries. And that is inevitable its just a matter of time.

pin-pricking India is one thing and giving nuclear weapons to 'friendly islamic nations' is entirely another. while US may care a damn if pakistan has a india-centric piolicy, if pakistan tries to get anti-israel, it will know what western fury is. of course, west does not want it and shimon peres prays for good health of musharraf. interesting situation may arise if his prayers are not answered.

The cat is already out of the bag with Iran knocking on the clubs door possibly due to secrets passed by Pak, its 20 years too late.
The root cause is already being addressed by Bush endorsing the state of Pali. exactly for the same reason and I won't be surprised if Kashmir shows up on the list.

while i wont be surprised if bush tries to get in kashmir, it is very unlikely that any realistc (as opposed to cosmetic measure of getting in 2 villges and getting out of one) measures would be taken as far as israel is concerned. in fact, it is highly unlikely.

US wants Kashmir out of the way coz of its strategic interests in the region. US want you to do to China what we did to USSR in Afghanistan. And with 90 percent of your resources Pak specific due to K not much is left for China.
From Our Correspondent
ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Tuesday said its nuclear weapons were safe due to the safeguards put in place for the security of these assets and no one could attempt taking out or even coming closer to these.
“There is no question of any one attempting such a thing or even coming anywhere closer to it,” Major General Rashid Qureshi, the Director General Inter Services Public Relations told a press briefing at the Foreign Office.
Weekly New Yorker had carried a report in its latest edition claiming that US and Israeli special services troops were jointly exercising to take out Pakistan’s nuclear assets in case Musharraf government is toppled in Pakistan.
Qureshi termed the report totally baseless and said, “any one who makes a statement like that perhaps has very little idea as to the system involved and safeguards put in place for the nuclear assets.”
Aziz Khan, the Foreign Office spokesman, said that the US State Department had denied the report.
