Very lazy analysis by every poster here except Prasad. javed I can understand - he lived to put down th US every chance he gets.
Sodomy definiton unfortunately inlcudes sex with animals. The democrats were trying to reverse sodomy as defined wrt gays. And I support this move on the part of the democrats.
As Prasad has pointed out, there are other laws that ban bestiality.
This is what I call herd mentality - dig under the hood, think for yourselves.

Yeah that is just odd. The US prides itself on basic freedoms and respect for human rights. So something this backward is rather disturbing. I can understand if the code or rule was passed back in World War 1. But if it was well after that its a serious lapse in basic fundamental human rights.
