You just repeated what you first said. Theres plenty of ways to pay for health care, and that deduction from companies not providing plans to their employers is a great way to get this money from. I must remind you, the system does work, and its very easy to spend less on military/war and allocate more for healthcare.
It doesn't sound very genuine when he say everybody would be covered and then in the next sentence implies premiums won't increase. Today, 70% of ER visits are free care and uninsured. Where are they going to be covered from?? Just by cutting the medicare/medicaid reimbursements to the hospitals? I doubt it. Then he talks of preventive medicine . When one is not having an access to the primary care providers because of lack of insurance coverage , how can they receive the preventive medicine? His third offer is cutting down on admin charges, which i completely agree with.
