Give me one reason why you think Pakistan should have a plan to match that of the USA? We are in no way subordinate to America and we have our own Soveriegn State and responsibilties, wether we have a Plan or not is our problem not America’s.

I cant find any, and i’m sure I cannot find because there is not any : )
