Prez Obama should start a separate TARP-2 (Troubled Assets RESCUE plan) specific to Pakistan.
As opposed to $700+ billion for TARP-1, we’ll be OK if TARP-2 goes for $100 billion.
And Americans can reap really really long term benefits,
And in the same vein,
We can $hut the Islamists up in Pak.
The reason TARP-2 is needed, because in Pak we do not believe in using tourism to improve our cash flow, like those darned Chinese, Indians, Singaporans, and S. koreans do.
We don’t want to work hard in manufacturing either,
So TARP-2 is the only way out.
