Agassi beat Xavier Malisse in a five setter and will play James Blake who is just playing unbelievably well in this tournament.
Venus Williams is almost back to her beasty best. She defeated her sister. Mary Pierce ousted Justin Hardenne.

Sharapova survived a marathon match against Nadia petrova to move into semis. 
Meanwhile Federer and Hewitt are in quarter finals. Nadal proved to be a clay court champ but grass hard court learner.

Down two sets, Andre came back and wins it in 5 set. Props to James for being a great sportsman.
What an incredible match. Those fans in New York got their money worth it.

Blake lost his composure and second served quite a lot in the final set. And, you guessed it, Agassi pumelled Blake’s second serves. I have to give credit where it’s due, Andre played some beautiful tennis in the 5th. set – over head lobs, drop shots, etc under pressure. It’s a well deserved victory for Mr. Graf.

If i am not wrong, it was Agassi's 3rd consecutive five setter in this tournament. But Blake is surely a promising player. It was a GREAT match.

Maria sharapova is out after beatn by but it was a classic match. Maria saved 8 mathc poitns before bowing out to a detemined clisters who will be favourite to win against Pierce.

^ Legend, yeah for sure. The speed with whihc he is winning grand slams and getting to the finals will see him past Sampras list pretty soon. Lets see if Agassi can stop him this time around.

I have not seen Hewitt playing better than this..but still it is not enuff to challenge Federer..Federer on the course to meet Agassi in final

Federer is amazing. The guy has no weaknesses whatsoever. Even his backhand is unbeatable now. Agassi should be a piece of cake.

Miss Kim did it! Well deserved..defeating Sharapova and Venus was not an easy feat. The final was a breeze. What a slap on Hewitt's face.
Agassi is quite an inspiration. At the age of 35 he is competing and such a high level. almost every match is a marathon. I would love to see him leave the game with dignity unlike what Jerry Rice recently did.
