I don't want to say "Control". However US is friendly to both India and Pakistan. Thus it helps both countries to monitor and secure their respective nukie arsenal. Because real US control means that USA has transfered the nukes to USA like it does with Russian plutonium weapons.

BTW USA is spending $millions to help Russians secure their nukies as well. And a lot of decommissioned weapons are physically being moved to secure sites within the USA.

So anyone focusing too much on Pakistan weapons (without proper context) is trying to stir up Pakistani Fundoos and Pakistani lefties against USA (and in turn against pro-US Pak army).

This is part of the information warfare by Lefties (both present and ex-lefties) against Pakistan.
