Many thanks.

re: US immigration
What kind of sponsorship? For employment, or just affidavit of support?
Homepage | USCIS may be a helpful resource on all the information available.
Re: US immigration
It's for employment.
Re: US immigration
Okay, great.
Hopefully someone with prior experience in the matter can chime in to give you some useful information. Also consider posting this in Business and Career

I think the only thing they can do is a H1B visa for employment based visa. You can probably research that.
Re: US immigration
Agreed with post#5. H1b is the best option. Unfortunately US immigration is not that easy to get as compared to many other countries unless you have a spouse/other relative who can sponsor you. But i would strongly recommend going through your options in US consulate website or email them to know more. I heard they are good at responding the decent questions
Re: US immigration
I don't think a business can hire someone from another country unless they can prove that no US citizen or resident can fill that position and that the business tried to hire someone locally first.
