Am I the only one who finds it ironic having supplied Joseph Stalin, the world’s most brutal communist dictator ever, with some of its best military technology during WW2, the USA’s elected leadership is now saying that supplying communist dictatorships with advanced arms would throw away WW2’s sacrifices?
In order to liberate Europe, the USA shipped fighters, bombers, tanks, guns, artillery, rockets, etc etc to the world’s biggest communist dictatorship of the time. Now, they are arguing that shipping the same to the world’s biggest communist dictatorship today would have the opposite effect.

Europeans shouls consider themselves lucky they are benefitting from American transfer of tech..and are able to offer freedoms to their citizens because of america. If China tomorrow becomes democratic, starts acting like a grown up meaning not siphoning off tech to banana reps like N K and Pak, then it would be ok to share some. Until then....we will continue to contol more and more assets there and leverage them each time the chaptas think they are bigger than they actually are.
Sort of easy to forget that Taiwan and China look alot like Pakistan and India. Today there is a rough balance of power that insures that China will not try to take Taiwan by force. That is really the point, that a resolution of the Taiwan issue should be peaceful, not an invitation to adventurism.
Limiting arms sales to China looks a lot like limiting arms sales to Pakistan. why flood a flashpoint with arms? No f-16s til the issues are resolved peacefully.....

what israel gets is actually made in america stuff. america just gives to israel to oppress muslims. The europeans have better high tech technology then israel, but maybe not better then USA.
I would say french, german, uk tech is as good as USA one.
but we don’t care cause there wont be any india-pak war, cause india is scared of pak nooks.
