These companies hire local candidates too, although I have yet to hear any opinions about them. I came across some non-Indians who worked for them, but that was due to these companies acquiring US based companies.

I was approached by a Headhunter once who was recruiting for Infosys. I would not really have had any problem working for a company just because it is "Indian-owned". However I did not accept that particular position for other reasons.
No issues other than how I would evaluate any other company, leadership, growth, culture, product, position, strategy etc

A friend of mine here in Houston works for Wipro (HP) and is very happy with it.
