could we just send an invitiation to the terrorists for some big super duper secret meeting in the middle of the desert and just drop a daisy cutter on them, spares the lives of our troops out there as well as civilians.
too bad that cant happen so we have to live with the fact that civilian causalties will happen, yet we also have to make sure that they are minimized.
