so the repubs get the presidency, have the majority in the house of reps and senate. Wow. Talk abt a clean sweep. Dems need some serious introspection.
OBL has nuthing else to do than to make Video Tapes for these goons??..and why on earth the US intelligence doesnt go after the source which provides videos to Jordanian TV
how exactly did edwards help kerry...he couldnt even get him his own state. Had he chosen gephart as his runing mate, mo and maybe even oh would have gone democrat.
dont mix islam and pakistan together.....we are muslims and we are pakistanis too.....

Pakistan First, Islam Second...new slogan for the pro-Busher's here?

yeh..
The rich will get richer in Pakistan...Mabroook..
i think kerry thought that he’ll get the gay vote with having edwards…but he should know that they vote dem anyways ![]()
cnn is saying that with repubs getting almost 60 seats in the Senate they can now counter the fillbusters...i have a feeling America is going to change a lot in the next 4 years..in terms of judges, legistlation etc
and think abt this- there is a war going on and the economy is very shaking and Bush is still like 3% ahead of Kerry in the popular vote. What could be the reason?
fear.

Not quite, Kerry did not make it clear how he would do things differently. I mean he would do the same things just with more support from allies right? People may have forgotten but there was a lot of frustration with Clinton regime. the coincidential attacks in iraq or lobbing of missiles on pharma factories just when some scandals were out.
So, in short..No one really knows how a Kerry win will be better for muslims. One can just assume that he would be better than Bush, but assumptions just make an ass outta u and some guy name mptions.
Republicans have traditionally had a stronger support for Pakistan, and Kerry's troubling statements about Pakistan were of interest to pakistani-americans.
P.S. its not a war against islam, so how does putting Pakistan first puts Islam second :) unless it is a war against islam..
yeh could very well be. More americans think that Bush can protect them from this "fear" than Kerry.
do u actually think that France, Germany etc are gonna suddenly send in their troops just cuz Kerry would come into power.
Also, the race in Ohio has tightened up. bush leads 51-49

well, their approach of ABB just did not pan out. I supported W 4 years ago, was among the organizers of 2 fundraisers
..to be honest there were many things that W did that made me want him out of the office, but then dems dragged Kerry out..I almost thought that yeah anybody but Bush really, until Kerry started talking and I wondered if this guy is teh right choice.
dems need to have someone next time who will be a candidate in his/her own self and will run on his/her own merits rather than the fact that he/she is not the competitor :)

yeh..instead of making it a referendum on Bush..they should have focused more on what they bring to the table..they might have given voters second thoughts about re-electing bush but not much on who to choose instead..like on Iraq Kerry can talk big on bringing in more allies and all..but how r u gonna do it? I neither saw nor heard anything concrete..

Bush was in a vulnerable position and if Kerry had been more "likeable"...it could have been a diff story

Fox news once again projecting one contentiuos state too soon. Ohio deficit is 100, 000 votes with almost 250000 votes still to be counted and plus the provisional votes. Another ‘florida’ in the making. I am sure we wont get a final announcement till next eleven days, thats when the provisional ballots are counted.
