Since when does Kurdistan have an independent energy minister from the Government of Iraq? Seriously you have no leg to stand on in this discussion. The legal Government of Iraq was ignored. The original link states as much. The government of Iraq says they are illegal.

and it is the same link that quotes the regional energy minister. That aside…and in either case whether the regional or central minister prevails, the premise of this thread that US invaded Iraq for oil stands debunked.
