@zhenge & rommel - say CNOOK does a deal with Pakistan to explore & mine in Balochistan. Will you call that a case of China exploiting Pakistan? Both parties benefit and hence it is a reasonable business deal.

Did they liberate Pakistanis first? Not a reasonable deal if not.
