I wonder why money is being considered at all?

If you look at the REASON why the supply routes were cut off, and negotiations on money now, you’d realize how sick the minds of those in charge in Pakistan.

Because this time Pakistan Railway/NLC will deliver the stuff.
Its a win-win situation for both, not a bad deal though. 1 million bucks a day for railway, it will help over come the loses because of that … bilour !
