Whether the aid is for army or ‘civilian govt’ it should be completely eliminated, the ‘aid’ makes them want more and do more, makes them more dependent on them instead of self.

That should have been thought by Liaqat Ali Khan and army a long time ago. The plant they sowed soon after partition, has become a very strong tree in 62 years with roots deep down the earth.
