Based on looks and acting, hands down it would be Ash (Ash's acting is far better than Mahduri's was, back when she was at the same stage in her career), with Juhi coming in second (QSQT is one of my all time favorites).
On looks alone, you can add Sonali to the list.

funny diminutive. but frankly speaking, i wouldnt know. cause i just saw my yearly indian movie a couple of weeks ago..and urmela happened to be in it. dil lagi. she looked cute in it. acting was above par too...especially compared to the two goofballs they had for heros in it...sunnny deol and bobby deol.

Akif....I'm afraid you'll have to do some more reading and research into the Urmila's and Manisha's of Bollywood before your form your opinions....for you don't seem to know that "Ash" is the nickname for Ashwairya Rai!
Muzna...like i said..i just saw my yearly movie just a couple of weeks ago. I have no idea of any actor or actresses in bolly, lolly or any other wood. I still dont have much of a clue as to who ash is :)
