Skin full of germs...
When people have the tutties they splash the toilet sides with poo. The little bits of poo and wee bounce back up onto the underside of the seat.
Maybe I'm just being weird but I'm really hygiene concious.
Some people don't wash their hands after going to the toilet so I even open wc doors with tissue.
