Re: Urghhhh…ingrown hair
you can certainly minimise the surface ingrown hairs - those fine hairs that curl up or the ones caught under the skin but still visible.
exfoliate regularly in the shower; you can use an exfoliating glove. personally i use a super fine pumice stone very gently.
moisturise everyday. i’d say this makes an even bigger difference than the exfoliation. palmers cocoa butter lotion or petroleum jelly - anything really moisturising.
you can also try things like ingrow go and tend skin. as a quick fix they are pretty good if you manage to use them twice a day until the ingrows loosen out.
however, a lot of women that epilate or wax get the deep ingrowns that cause spots and scars. there’s not really anything you can do to minimise that. i’d use tea tree oil on those until the hair can be released.
it is possible to get them out with a needle (only do this if you know what you’re doing) but never pluck them once you’ve released them from the skin or it won’t heal properly.

Re: Urghhhh......ingrown hair
go for laser....thats the best solution to ingrown hair...thread or wax wont work at all..esp with thread u will end up having more hair..my sis had the very same problem and she had been threading and waxing for years but she found the solution in laser...
