waxing may be a good option but good facial wax would need to be used
one problem with waxing is that u need to let the hair grow back and if they are too thick u prob dont want that plus i dont know how large of an area you're shaving
so best option is get threading done from a good esthetician and that you can do once a week easily and u can use a hair minimizing lotion for the face and it works when u take the hair out by roots so either waxing or threading + hair minimizing lotion would help to make your hair come back finer + good sunscreen to protect your face
