its called laung churay (it could be spelt in a diff way).. but basically its phulkis or pakoray if you wanna call them that are fried and then soaked in water… later that water is squeezed out… and are eaten with onion and imli chutney on the side.. can also be put in yoghurt sorta like dhai phulki or dhai baray.
ppl living in karachi or from there would know of this dish…
i need a recipe for it BAD… … i know its made from basin … but what else… and the chuntey.. its imli.. again.. what else goes into it?!
