I wanna make panjiri but I don't know what color is kamarkus cuz there is sum but with different colors.

sage doesn't goes in panjeeri....my mom used to make it and it never had any herbs.

Okay I will . Today I made sum halwa but it's little different from panjiri I mixed 4 dry fruite like almond powder,cocunut powder,char e magaz,pistaso powder and fry in desi ghee and then ad suji and cooked for an hour but it turns like halwa and my mom doesn't like it she said if it's dry it will taste good and I heard some ppl use all dry fruites and cook in milk and then it turn dry and they eat with warm milk. have u eaten or heard about it?
