theres a friend of mine, who is really upset becoz of stretchmarks on her body
she does not know wat to do, she wants to get rid of them without using any creams, ie eatin some foods that will help her get rid of them, if any one who has any suggestions can u help!!!
ALSO she gonna get married n does not want her hubby to see them.
I don't think anything can be done to get rid of stretch marks, other than getting laser removal surgery done. It's normal though to have a few stretch marks here and there.
Nothing can get rid of stretch marks altogether, although they do fade over time which you can speed up by moisturising with cocoa butter and taking flaxseed oil supplements.
tell her to message wheat germ oil on the marks :k:
excellent for stretch marks and pregnancy marks.
thanks for the suggestions
There is a new cream on the market called Mederma that reduces scars including stretchmarks. Nothing will eliminate them completely (not even laser surgery) but the cream is pretty good (just a bit pricey).
Give her this message from PCG: If your soon-to-be husband has a problem with stretchmarks, tell him "thel lehne jaho".
Great way to start off a relationship.
Pardon my ignorance, but how do you get stretch marks before child birth? Or is this a second marriage?
you can be born with stretch marks, i think. Also has something to do with weight loss and weight gain and the elasticity of the skin.
^^ also sudden growth spurts, as in height.

Stretch aren't only caused by child birth, weight influxes and growth spurts can cause them too.
^ Unfortunately.I have some myself, there are just a few so they dont bother me.
they also come when you hit puberty, but those usually fade away over time. stretch marks from weight loss, or pregnancy/child birth, i think are harder to eliminate, but i'm not sure..never lost a lot of weight or been pregnant (THANK GOD!!!!!)
Never say never
What are stretchmarks?
