Asalamoalaikum everyone,

My sister is InshAllah getting married in Lahore, Pakistan in January 2014. We need help picking out the venue, decor, bridal dress.

Can anyone please list some really nice venues that are in Lahore along with their prices per head and pictures. We are currently interested in Royal Palms and PC. If anyone has any information about these places that would be really appreciated.

Secondly, we need some suggestions for bridal makeup places. I have heard that Madeeha does really well make up. Any experiences? any other suggestions are welcome as well.

Lastly, ideas for bridal dresses are most needed. We are looking for modern designs. They can be from HSY, Karma, Zanib Chottani, or any other designers as well. The color can be red or anything else.

ANY help from anyone will be greatly appreciated. Any information regarding the topics mentioned is needed.

i will suggest royal palm rather then PC
their food quality is quite awesome with things
but when we talk about pc they have seriously no food taste
this is not my view, a number of people agreed upon this.
you have another option Avari Lahore's open lawn.
the rate of PC is 1350/head
they have different halls rate may varies

What do you guys think about Garrison Golf and Country Club for the baraat function. Has anyone been there? Any comments about the decor, hall and food? Any pictures?

zainab decor will be customiszed every where
don worry about that. any ambiance could be created on demand
need to worry about food quality

I heard that PC's and royal Palms food is not good. Is that true?

it's true about PC but royal palm have good taste.

I think qasr e noor hall at garrison golf club is way better than pc or royal palms

Yes we managed 2 events in last April there

well i guess so garrison golf club don't manage events by themselves you need the services of any event management organizations, they have specific charges of 30,000 (in last april) for renting their lawn and rest are between you and event management.

we charged 900/head for mutton menu every thing included.

Qasr-e-noor have their permanent set up there
they charge 1050/head for chicken and 1300/head for mutton
drinks and water excluded
10% wid-holding tax on total cost excluding

We have booked Qasr-e-noor at Garrison golf club for the baraat function and the groom's side has booked PC for walima.

Also, girls we need some ideas for the walima dress. The groom's family is asking my sister to choose colors and designs. The baraat outfit is going to be red. So any suggestions for walima? Pictures will be appreciated!

Does anyone know about Zardozi in Lahore? Do they replicate wedding lehngas? I am trying to find their website or some contact information online but I have had no luck so far. Can anyone please help!
