1- Can someone in Usa do an Affedevit for
a person living in Pak who is applying for a Uk student visa??
2- Are affedevit forms availabe on the internet???
3- What exactly would the person doing the affedevit would
have to provide other than a bank statement???

get an affidevit from ur father or sum1 in pk, thats works just fine, i didn't get anything from any one else,,,, it is usually enough... Uk student visa's are not that hard to get ... plus just get a stamp paper and go to a solicitor and they'll do the rest for you, you just have to get it signed by the concerned person....
Word of Advice.:: Drop the plans, it's horrible here, the weather, the people and the govt . Pak is the best. phir na kehna bataya naheen tha.
