One whole chicken (in pieces) with legs
1 cup Yogurt
2 spoons of Vinegar or lemon juice
one tea spoon of Red chilly powder
1 tea spoon of Salt
1 spoon of Oil
half tea spoon of Aginomoto
1 tea spoon of crushed black cumin
1 teaspoon of black pepper powder
Method:
Mix all the spices in yogurt and pour it on the chicken pieces. (don't forget to make small but deepcuts in the chicken pieces). Place it aside for minimum half n hour
Take a wok and add the marinated chicken, cover it. Let the chicken cook on medium heat. let the water dry.
When the chicken is done, add the oil and fry it for few minutes (don't stir too much)
