can some one tell me a ‘namaz’ that has four tashahud in it.i mean 4 tashahud(attahayat-u-lillahi…)in the whole rakat without salam.is there such a namaz?

yes
during maghrab prayer if u join Jama'at while imam is in first tashahud or after the "ruko'o" of second raka'at.
that is ur first one than after third raka'at along with imaam second Tashahud
when imam finishes the namaaz one has to complete the namaz so he go in aqaama for second of his raka'at and after that he has his third tashahud ( mean after his Two raka'at )
than he will again go to aqama for third and last raka'at and after that Tashahud again to complete the Namaz.
so he has complete four Tashahud

If he joined hte Imam for the third rakah then he would not be repeating it and hence no fourth Tashshahud. However I think the questioner is asking about a specific prayer which is always peformed with four tashshahuds, which I have not heard of before.
