urgent puff pastry question

Guys we are inviting a lot of people for iftaar dawat and I want to prepare as many things ahead as I can. One of the items I am making is beef patties/puff parties. I have always thawed the pastry - added filling and baked right away. I wanted to know if I can add the filling and then freeze the patties? Will the meat leave water when it thaws out? What would be the best way to freeze them?
Please someone help soon - this is for tomorrow.

Yes you can freeze them. Lay them on a baking sheet in a single row. If u want to layer them on top of each other before freezing, make sure you have a wax paper between the the two to prevent them from sticking to each other. I thaw them out for 15 mins, eggwash them and bake them. They freeze well so no worries!!! Also make ur keema with very little oil because puff pastry sheets are loaded with butter. Hope this helps.

^^excellent suggestion. Puff pastries samosa freeze very well . Again make sure keema is dry and not oily. Use only a little oil to cook.
