I am from UK and would like to order an outfit from Panache Boutique in Karachi. Does anyone know what they are like? Thank you

well there’s a home based designer at 3 talwar, clifton. Who designs clothes by the name panache and have a facebook page www.facebook.com/panachebyaiman I came to know about her through my cousin and found her clothes very reasonable and good quality work.

This is so weird. Today, I went to Zamzama to check the so called Panache Boutique and there is no such thing existing by that name. There's only 3 shoe stores 1-Panache Casual, they only sell casual shoes (2))- Panache Formal they only sell formal shoes and (3)-Panache Bridal they only sell bridal shoes and they all informed that they are not into garment business at all. I wouldnot be bothered even If it existed, as for one I am home based designer and not a boutique, secondly, I've no reason to explain as I am PANACHE BY AIMAN and has provided all the contact details for people to track me with genuine address, phone #'s, website and facebook page. Anyone can visit and meet us in Pakistan or our representatives in UK, USA and Canada. The person who called me fraud here n at my face book page was fraud herself, she was using one of my clients ID/ hacked her account n pictures now she is banned and disapperad from the face book.
I felt mentioning all this here only because I donot appreciate people saying nasty things about PANACHE BY AIMAN out of their own insecurities and incapabilities. I might be relatively new at this forum but I'm not new in this business. I'm a professional and believe in healthy competition rather than using cheap tactics.

Im not sure if you had good or bad experience with Panache Boutique, but I placed a very large order with them for my wedding. Clothes for my mum, cousins, aunts and friends were ordered. I had read good reviews on her facebook page and thought she must be reliable. I was silly to trust them to be honest, I paid the full amount as requested and was promised that I would receive the outfits in 8 weeks…my wedding was 12 weeks away so I gave time for slight delays as I am aware of Pakistani timings. The date i was supposed to receive the outfits had passed, the lady that owns the online boutique would hardly respond to my messages. it was actually quite a traumatising experience. When she did respond, she would say that the outfits have already been posted out, she would not give tracking numbers and blamed the bad weather in karachi, or disruption in electricity, or ramadhan & eid etc etc…the excuses were just non-stop. One parcel came a day before my mehndi and it was my mums outfit- she had sent the wrong colour and the material was so poor, as was the stitching and the embroidery. I would never have purchased it if I knew it would look like that. The rest of the girls in the family were still waiting and the lady promised they would arrive…they never did. Everyone had to wear old clothes or shop for new ones- my entire wedding theme was ruined and everyone had lost so much money. The lady and her husband just continuously lied and lied to me. I still cant believe this has happened. I asked her to refund me the money as I had not received the outfits and no longer needed them but she refused to refund and begged us to accept the parcel that she would send. Again I was too nice to her, and said fine send me the parcels, but again more lies…no tracking number given, no date no nothing. 3 and a half months on, i have not yet received the parcels and has asked me to lie for her to her fans bcos she is facing issues from other disappointed customers. It appears that there are more people in my situation and they also have been denied refunds.
My family is out of pocket by almost £2000 bcos of this boutique. The customer service has been atricious, the quality is poor and they definitely do not have any appreciation for customer care.

And before anyone says anything, I am not talking about panache by aimaan or the panache in Birmingham. This is Panache Boutique based in Karachi-advertised on facebook and the owner is a lady called Smreen Ilyas.
And yes we all have good and bad experiences, im just here to share an extremely bad experience and dont want the same to happen to anyone else.

Oh my Good, that's so terrible... I was going to order two dresses from this Panache Boutique but after having read about how they dealt with you, i will re-think my decision...

Asalam alay kum. This is regarding Panache Boutique on Facebook.They have a facebook page.http://www.facebook.com/Panache.Pakistan. Basically I sent them 70, 000 pkr or £450 in British pounds for two dresses. Both Muhammed saqib Farooq and his wife Smreen Ilyas kept on saying you will recieve the dresses but it has been 10 months and I have no recieved no clothes or my refund. I have tried contacting Karachi police but no reply as I have no address for this couple. Please if anyone knows where Panache Boutique owners Mr Muhammad Saqib Farooq and Mrs Smereen Ilyas are could you email me on [email protected] so that I can inform the karachi police as this couple have took money from a lot of people. They are liars, cheats and a big fraud. I pray to allah we get justice insha allah in this life or next.

As far as my knowledge, there’s no Boutiques or Store by the name of Panache Boutique, in Karachi…I don’t know how are they claiming about having a boutique in Karachi..as there’s no boutique under such name..

I recently posted on different thread but I would definitely recommend Noorz boutique from lahore she only operates online on Facebook and I ordered 6 outfits from all where brilliant so impressed. Was a bit expensive but definitely worth it!!
