Easy … Goond some aata ..
Make a ball .. then roll is out medium size .. with a knife layer it with butter .. sprinkle some dry aata on top and start folding sides like you are making a square … when done … roll the square out like a normal roti … add one tsp oil on the tawa .. put the paratha on it … then pour another tsp oil on the top side of the paratha and when the first side is done , flip and let the other side get done until crispy …
