Easy ... Goond some aata ..
Make a ball .. then roll is out medium size .. with a knife layer it with butter .. sprinkle some dry aata on top and start folding sides like you are making a square ... when done ... roll the square out like a normal roti ... add one tsp oil on the tawa .. put the paratha on it ... then pour another tsp oil on the top side of the paratha and when the first side is done , flip and let the other side get done until crispy ...
