Urgent: Info needed regarding US visa application

If any of you recently filled out a USA visit visa application online and can help me with the following question, I will take you out for dinner :).
Seriously though, please help:
I am filling out visa application for my in-laws to visit us in the U.S. It is an online application and have two questions that we need help with.

First is that they want the names written in native language which is urdu ofcourse. So how do I write urdu on a MAC computer?
Secondly, one question is about identifying the telecode for your name. Now what the heck is a telecode and how do I find it?

I would really appreciate any information regarding this

i went through this process recently for my parents. there should be an option of ‘not applicable’ or ‘technology not available’. check that option.
