ok so i went to newlook in z block to get my eyebrows done n i got my upper lips waxed aswell n guess what im left with a bruise on each side of my mouth its never happened before i dunno when she pulled the was strip it took off a layer of my skin it was so red when i saw my face in the mirror i was like whats this patch n she was like it’ll be okay in a while put on some kinda cream on it..it kept irritating the whole day n i didnt go out it tingles alot when i wash my face please help me out what should i do :(..n my mom was gettin mad

Ice it! This happened to my friend cpl days before her engagement and she was so stressed, any thing she applied made it darker. I would say just use ice on it, and if it feels itchy just use a light moisturizer...its going to flake away once the skin heals.

escapist what did ur friend do then? yeah its gettin darker n i dont wana go out it looks weird its like a bruise:(..n i always get my upper lip waxed but never happened before

She applied ice, it will heal faster if you leave it open and not apply anything to it. She only put antiseptic gel when she felt it itch because I guess as it heals you get the urge to pick at it, so avoid that at all costs! or you will be left with a mark if you try to pull the scabs off urself...but if you want, use a light lotion or facial oil. And dont worry, if you see a mark later, it will fade away easily.
Check with the salon to see what wax they used, wax for face is different than the one for the body.

rub oil into it n leave overnight..it l heal fast.. preferably vitamin e oil

^ really good idea, vit E is good! but just dab it on...don't rub.

buy gelcap VITAMIN E pills from the pharmacy. Squeeze the vitamin open and put the oil on the ripped skin area. It will heal quickly.

ok i'll try vitamin e capsules ..i cleansed my skin so thee dead skin came off there r scars n i hope they go away soon its still healin up

yaar she use fruit wax it happens all the time with fruit wax, kindly apply betnovate, or dermovate at once on the spot right after waxing ,if its happens to any one elseo and in the night before going to bed ,it will never become darker and the skin soothes as well .no iraitaion also bet it.

i wax my full face n neck, and d night before i go to get it waxed i put a bottle of rose water in d fridge. And before goin to bed i use cotton wool ball with rose water on it n clean my face n neck with it. Works a treat if used twice a day!
