BTW, you don't need to tell her an exact number, a percentage is often sufficient and less akward.
Ok!!! I have an update... Since I told her that the salary is a bit lower than what I was expecting she spoke to hiring manager and sent me a 4% higher offer letter.... I didnt need to ask for more money... Should I say thanks to ALLAH and go ahed and accept or should I still negotiate... this is 3% lower than what I was going to ask for... or would be happy to have.... Please advise...
