Does Facebook or Facebook Timeline allow you to hide your FB account and visible to only limited people/ or even visible to only one person?
If yes, can anyone write here the procedure?

how if I want to allow only ONE person to see my profile and with the condition that the person is not my friend.

u can use the email option and make sure that only the person u want 2 show yr profile knows yr email and than they can find u with it.

Create a new FB account and just add that person in as a friend and then you can share what you want with them. Its not like it would cost any money!

I think you are thinking like Youtube where you can share the video with everyone, or those who have your email or only those who get a link from you.
FB does not work like that
