Urgent Help Seamstress in Long Island?

Hi all,

I need a reference for a seamstress OR tailor to do alterations in Long Island. I have 3 pakistani suits that need altering. Is there any particular place in Jackson Heights or Hicksville area that will do decent alterations - the most important thing is that I need the shoulders shortened which requires skill. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences in this regard (botched jobs). I prefer Hicksville but if you know a place in JH that’s fine too. Also, I don’t have a sample suit so I need a place that can work from body measurements but I guess if they can’t it’s ok. Let me know if you had experiences with these people and what you thought of their work. I need to know ASAP because I’m only there for a few days and need to get them around eid.
