my lappy is sending spam emails and thats obviously cuz of some spyawre or trojan
please recommend how to remove it or is formatting the last option left?
my system is already running to slow

Don't use laptop, power it off for few days I'll say at least 4-5 days that worm will die with bhook and piyas, then you can use it again.
Anyways, there are couple of programs available(like spybot, ad aware, etc), run 'em.
