I have got the problem that I had Windows XP in my PC, and for installing SQL Server 2005 , i need to have windows server editions, but they are prior editons to xp I have.
And therefore Windows server editions cannot be installed over XP.
I desperately wants to get familiar with sql server 2005 GUI.
Please Help.

Oyee Gunday Golay..Go here, download it and let it catch all the nasty stuff and delete the crap it recommends to delete.

hahaha … you did well there by admitting that you surfed for p0rn0 because that would have been the first “tech” suggestion by the lot here … 
Instead of getting into the trouble of cleaning Internet Explorer, just uninstall it and then reinstall it. Hopefully, it should solve the problem. Else, switch to a different browser like Firefox

^ uninstalling IE can cause more problems than it will solve. Outlook express and some other dlls are linked to other applications and he will start having more problems. Gunday just use Spybot and you will be good to go.

... an uninstall is supposed to be clean and safe! well that's what it is supposed to do but ... puff ... donno. Its better not to take the risk then GG ...
