This is my first post here (i just joined up recently after seeing how helpful people are at giving advise and guidance). I’ve recently moved from London to Karachi after getting married 6 months ago I couldn’t arrange a decent photoshoot in the village area at the time so me and my husband decided to have the shoot done later from Islamabad (as all my bridal and jewellery is there) hence can’t have it from Karachi.
I want to wear both my barat and walima outfits for the photo shoot which i’m thinking of having it done by 'Bhatti’s" please tell me if they are the good? my aunt had hers done from Jehangirs but i didn’t like it that much.
More importantly…where should i get my bridal makeup done from? i’ve heard Sobias is the best BUT unfortunately she’s out of the country just when i’m planning to visit Isl…can anyone PLEASE comment on whether her assistant is just as good? when i called the parlour they assured me the assistant is highly trianed and has been working alongside Sobia since past 12 yrs…i’m really confused??? esp cos i’ll be paying alot…i’ll be paying Rs 35,000 for them to do my makeup in both outfits…so i really don’t want to be taking any risks! Also, i can’t afford to delay this photo shoot any longer as life will just get busier and already we’re having it 6months after the wedding…
help please!! alternatively please could you tell me if theres somewhere else i should go for make up like Depilex or Daniela? or should i just make do with Sobia’s assistant?
I’d deeply appreciate any help in this matter and replies as i have only one week left to decide..i’m in the middle of shifting so very busy at the moment too!!
