Urgent help needed for an outfit.

Have to be at an evening event with the hubby next week.

Dress code is business casual. I don’t wear short dresses/skirts. Please give me some ideas. I’m so blank and I need to shop for clothes Monday!!!

umm NY&Co also has skinny belts (that u can tie around the waist of the belt) with sparkly thinggies...toooo tired to look right now, will post tomorrow :(

would you wear a pencil skirt to the knees with leggings and heels?

something like this, with a nicer [and a bit longer] skirt

A nice ruffly blouse (try H&M or Zara), a nice set of dress pants, and matching pumps. Wear with nice makeup and a set of pearls. Simple, elegant, classy.

Definitely can find a business casual in any closet.

Black pants - wide leg if possible,
black pumps or heels
any blouse or shirt,
scarf or a cardigan on top,
nice pearl or button earrings.

voila.

I saved you money.

I was about to sugest what Rani up there did. Basically, dress pants with heels and a nice satin/silky top to balance it all out. Make sure you wear heels at least 3-4" high. You’ll look so stunning! :wub:

Ok cool people. I need to find a nice shirt. Pepsi, I love pencil skirts, they have to be longer though.
