I was trying to make Karhi but I cna’t get the besan smell out of it.. I have tried the same recipe before and it was perfect but this time, I had it on for two hours but smell was tehre, then I added half a cup of water and let it simmer for another 30 mins… however, I can still smell the besan in it.. what to do???Is there anything I can do at this moment to get rid of the smell?
I need help asap because it has to be ready for lunch today.. otherwise i am just gonna throw it away and start another one!!
I culdnt understand why there was besan smell?! I mean you arent cooking besan ka HALWA... the besan boils, then why is there smell... just give it two-three more boils the next time you cook it!
