Re: URGENT FOR SARA516
wow..i think thats a lot of money for makeup....is it just for one day? or for the shadi and valima????
if someone's planning to get a so-so makeup artist, she better plan on getting an awesome photographer that has skills in photoshop.....
Re: URGENT FOR SARA516
That is a fair amount to pay for a make up artist.. But it depends - is she doing your nails and hair and dupatta setting and everything too? The make-up artist I will probably go for is charging me around 500 for both nikkah and walima, which is pretty standard cost in Scotland. But if your person has so much experience and is good, then I would say it's definitely worth paying a bit more cos makeup is so important. My artists husband is probably going to be my photographer too so hopefully they will both work well together...
Re: URGENT FOR SARA516
Yeh thats for 2 days and im on the verge of booking photographer/videographer just want to view a few more 1st.
Re: URGENT FOR SARA516
Yeh includes, hair, make-up, dupatta jewellery, you just sit there while she does everything.

Thanks for the warning, though it’d be a lil too late ![]()
I did go to raheela’s for some waxing/threading services. Several brides were getting ready, and I thought they looked quite nice. They do a good job, but the BIG turnoff is the lack of privacy and “ghetto” atmosphere. I’d still go there for regular services, but not bridal makeup ![]()
