Hi. I have a 12 marla plot in Lake City Lahore. I bought the plot on lease at rs 3.2 million and the office rate of the same plot is rs 3.8 million now.

I am selling it as I am moving back to The US. rs 2.6 million paid . So, whosoever pays me what I’ve paid Lake City I’ll transfer the title in their name. I’ve got to make this sale asap.

Awesome location in M3a. Best investment opportunity. Best place to settle down for expatriates.

The title to the plot is in my name. Don't confuse it with the way things work in the US or the UK. In Pakistan you can transfer the title even if it's leasehold. It's kind of the same as it being freehold.

And it isn't leased from some bank. Lake City Holdings offered a payment plan based on 5 years term period.
