You could make aloo tikkis with your potatoes

Or if you want to roast them…I made this recipe up for Thanksgiving:

If I am thinking of the right potatoes…I think they’re smaller. So cut them in cubes and lay them out in a tray. For mine, I kept the skin on.

I got a bowl and put in olive oil, salt, black pepper, dried basil leaves (you can also use rosemary), kuti mirch, bhuna zeera powder and some garam masala.

I whipped the mixture and coated my potatoes with it. Baked it for about 30 minutes until they were nice and brown.

I make aloo same way without oven i.e. on stove and serve with pooris…they are yummy.
