Not only desi fragrance but taste as well. Mithai and sweets in desi ghee are mindblowing. Nothing like it. However like Chora said you CAN use it if you want.

That’s right. Mithai made with desi ghee feels like solid rocks going down your esophogas and sitting in your stomach. :k:
