I want to Upload some pictures up but it says that they are exceeding the size limit - what should i do? what is the limit of how big a picture can be? etc..
This is what it says:
The uploaded file exceeds the MAX_FILE_SIZE directive that was specified in the html form.

basically means your file size was way too big. use a simple program like Irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com/) to resize your pictures, which will reduce their file size as well.

Resizing (Reducing the image file size) the pictures sounds reasonable to me. I believe the maximum size is 500KB. At lease I keep my images less than 500KB.
