I am sure you must be aware of Engro which sells its urea under the same brand name. Engro has its plant at Daharki and by far is the most efficient urea plant in pakistan. Engro is considered the local bluechip in terms of its management expertise and foresight. It has recently undertaken debottlenecking operations at its plant and has thus managed to wither away the impact of removal of gas subsidy on local urea producers.
I am not sure of the location of Fauji Fertilizer’s plant (the stock brokers call it Bara Fauji 
and Fauji Jordan as Chota Fauji :D) but you may get a benefit in terms of freight if Fauji’s plant is closer to your location.
