Urdu words

How are these words pronounced?

  • dimagh or damagh (brain /mind)
  • namaz or nimaz (prayer)
  • bahar or bahir (outside)

I hear people pronounce it differently so I'm confused as to which one is correct.

dimagh me zair aata hai daal ke neechay so dimagh is correct..

namaz me noon per zabar hai so obviously “a” hi bola jaega..

and baahir me bhi zair aaya to means = roshan, wazeh, saaf saaf and agar zabar hai to means bairoon, kharij, khuli fiza ya hawa me.. so both are correct with different meanings..

Ok, so I pronounce it correctly. Is it a trend to pronounce these words in a different way? Tik tok videos and even in general I’ve come across a few Pakistani’s who pronounce it differently… Zabar k jagah zair aur zair k jagah zabar.

Yes yes people always pronounce words wrongly.. they even squeeze it in punjabi.. like the word “foundation”, they call it “Fdition” :hehe: and light ko layTT.. it’s so funny to hear them :hehe:

acha now lemme share something with you.. I learnt a new word today at work.. “Juft” means even.. like 2,4,6,8.. as we already know “Taak” the odds like 1,3,5,7.. etc..
